Featured Cruise Line: Seabourn Cruise Line
Seabourn Cruise Line (based in Miami, Florida), was founded in 1987 by a group of Norwegian investors, including industrialist Atle Brynestad, whose aim was to build the most luxurious yacht-like cruise ships ever constructed. Its first ultra-luxury ship, the all-suite 10,000-ton, 208-guest Seabourn Pride made her debut in November 1988, to be followed a year later by sister ship, Seabourn Spirit. In 1996, a third identical sister ship was purchased from Royal Cruise Line. Built from the same plans, at the same shipyard as her twin sisters, Seabourn Legend, which began her life as Royal Viking Queen and later sailed as Queen Odyssey for Royal Cruise Line( Royal Viking and Royal Cruise Line were both Kloster owned lines). Seabourn's newest generation of ships Seabourn Odyssey(2009) and Seabourn Soujourn(2010) take Seabourn's style of inclusive luxury cruising to a whole new level. Even more spacious and accommodating, these ships offer unrivaled luxury accomodations, a multitude of fine dining options taking Seabourn's legendary level of attentitive personal service to all new heights. more

RMS Queen Mary 2 is a transatlantic ocean liner and flagship of the Cunard Line. At the time of her construction in 2003 by Chantiers de l'Atlantique, Queen Mary 2 was the largest ship built. She has a maximum speed of 29.62 knots (54.86 km/h; 34.09 mph) and a cruising speed of 26 knots (48 km/h; 30 mph), much faster than most other passenger ships. Queen Mary 2 has more than 5000 commissioned works of art by 128 artists. The ship has a planetarium, a library, a Canyon Ranch Spa amd the à la carte Todd English Restaurant onboard. more

Featured Destination: Pan America
Windstar Cruises calls the Central America and Costa Rica area, " A small jewel, where nature is the show . . . blessed with more butterflies and birds than most continents . . . where dolphins and turtles swim in startlingly clear seas." Whether you're in search of adventure in a tropical rainforest, or are looking for an endless supply of surf and fun, Central America cruising has become an ideal cruise destination. It's an area that offers a wealth of diversity as a nature lover's paradise where it's easy to find as much action or relaxation as one could want. You can hike through a jungle, climb a volcano, lounge on a pristine white sand beach, or seek adventure in a natural paradise - from scuba diving, snorkeling, whitewater rafting, and bird-watching. Most of the time, ships stop in Central American ports as part of a Panama Canal or Western Caribbean Itinerary; however, there a few cruises that are exclusive to Central America and Costa Rica. more
